6 speakers, 400 top clients and 1 massive big glitzy ballroom for EssilorLuxottica to launch their new VariluxXR lens series. 

We worked intensively, coaching up our six senior management speakers prepping them for this landmark live event to drive through their important content on stage in front of a huge audience with confidence and memorable flair. 

COACHING: Many hours of scripting and virtual prepping sessions were required before blocking through and rehearsing with each speaker in person at the actual venue. Performance directing included helping to choreograph the right moves at the right time to keep them in synch with the graphics on the giant state of the art LED wall on stage; working on their dynamics to help bring to life heavy factual information and coaching their story telling so that it entertained this all important VIP audience. 

A stunning and rewarding effort from all six clients, especially as five of them didn’t have English as their first language. We were so impressed with their dedication and talent. Good job.
